At level five you reach the level of performing elementary actions. Often this level is referred to as the level
of Working instructions. Here is a heavy emphasis on the HOW-question. In most organizations the business departments
themselves are responsible for these working instructions and make them in tools like Word or Excel. You can think of
input instructions with screen prints included, job manuals, or checklists that can be used to make sure all tasks are
performed.
For BPM engagements you should avoid to describe this level of detail yourself. If they are available though, you can
make use of them to get a clear insight of what people are actually doing and maybe recognize some more pain
points.
